elaby: (Urquhart/Stamper)

I kind of threatened a little while ago that I was going to draw House of Cards fan art, and I've gone and done it. It's, um, silly. But possibly not silly in the endearing way; I'm not sure. Of course it's Urquhart/Stamper, but about as G-rated as it gets. Because it's me drawing.

Poor Stamper. Urquhart probably isn't even doing it on purpose. Then again, maybe he knows, because he's evil like that. Or maybe he's doing it subconsciously, because I doubt he has any idea how Stamper really feels about him.

The amusing thing about drawing this was that when [livejournal.com profile] caitirin saw it, she immediately assumed Stamper was Lestrade, but said to me, perplexed, "Holmes looks a little... strange..." And then, "Ohhhh. Stamper and Urquhart!" Tonight, when I scanned it, she intoned "Tell me what you really want, Tim." Woman of my dreams! I have trained her SO well XD

The Island

It's a Michael Caine movie with CJ as one of the perfectly vile bastards in a gang of pirates living in the uncharted isles in the past 300-so years. They kill nearly everybody they find and brainwash kids into joining their group...To hear Gorrlaus, CJ's character, Hizzoner, is drunk most of the time so he's actually easy to screencap (something I once thought impossible). She's been collecting CJ screencaps (bless the fates), and THE ISLAND is listed under "Lest-raaaarrrde" in http://gorrlaus.livejournal.com/ I've been adding to the torture by posting weird captions to go with them...

Oh yeah! I did see those screencaps! I just forgot the name of the movie. I must see it sometime.
