elaby | Last day up in the wild woods

It's my last day up in the wild woods, and I'm heading to Bangor to go to the mall ^_^ My mum and I are going shopping, whee! I haven't been able to get out to do anything for a while, because it rained/iced all Monday and then snowed all Monday night, so the driving was, as you can imagine, notsofantastic. I did get out yesterday to take pictures of The Nifty Tree Corridor, which my parents should be scanning with their brand new shiny printer/scanner once they get developed.

I have been generally avoiding my f'list while I'm here, because the internet is so incredibly slow, so I'm going to have a LOT of catching up to do once I get back home. Speaking of home,

caitirin is safely there and I hope is sleeping in right now :) And tomorrow, I'll be going home to join her. My dad has to get his hearing aid checked, or some such thing, early Friday morning, so they're bringing me down Thursday.

Still on the slow-internet subject, it HAS had its perks... namely, I've written and drawn more this week than I have, like, all semester O.o Maybe not written as much, but certainly drawn more. Owing to that having-not-drawn-much-in-five-months thing, most of the stuff in my sketchbook=crap, but some of it's decent enough to see the light of LJ. I'll be scanning when I get home :)
