caitirin and I went to a Giant Book Sale today, in the place where Service Merchandise used to be. I bought $7.99 worth of books, consisting of a nifty-looking fantasy type called Sabriel and a novel by Thomas Hardy. WHEE Thomas Hardy! [/lit geek]

On Cold Case tonight, the episode was about a prison break, and during all the flashbacks, they played Johnny Cash songs. The main action took place on the night that he gave a concert at a prison. And as I watched it I discovered that I need me some Johnny Cash. So I asked my parents if they've got some CDs I can borrow.

Also, I ended up having another Wildly OCC Saitou dream last night. I dunno if it's the cold I have (which is sort of moving around... sore throat --> cough --> sinus congestion --> god knows what next) or if it was PMS, but... heh, I almost hope it continues.

The night before, with the ice cream and angst and soforth, was definitely animated in my dream, because it was in Japanese and had the right voices and all. This time it was in manga form, so it was only a few images, and in black-and-white.

So Kenshin was coming home from something life-threatening, as he often does. And he had his hair down. And Saitou was waiting for him. With his hair down. *cough* Yes, he had long hair here. Dunno what was up with that, because it was Meiji-Saitou-and-Kenshin, not Bakamatsu-era-Saitou-and-Kenshin. But I'm not complaining, because it was pretty. And so Kenshin ran into his arms, and Saitou stroked his hair, and I would be in SO MUCH TROUBLE for even imagining this, but hey, I can't help my subconscious.
