I ordered my second BJD a few months ago, a Momocolor Lucy. Momocolor is a fairly new company (I think they opened in the summer of 2012) and I was really happy to support them. Their customer service was really wonderful <3
I've spent A LOT of extra time at work this week - 12-hour days Tuesday and Wednesday - and when I found out that my doll had arrived at the post office, I was dying to be able to pick her up. Owing to the post office's hours and my crazy overtime this week, I didn't get to go, but Rachel snuck out early yesterday and picked her up for me <3 When I finally got home last night, I got to open her!

The box came wrapped in soft foam fabric.

It was encircled with ribbon and fastened with cute Momocolor stickers! They say "MADE FOR YOU: I love you much more than you could ever know. All I've ever wanted is you." <3

The box is gorgeous! I've never seen a transparent one before. It has "made for you" in lots of languages.

She came in a cute little sack :3

BWAH THERE SHE IS!

Little foam space helmet! She's so beautiful.

LOOK at those HANDS, NNHG.

Bald :3 I do really love the freebie eyes she came with! I wanted brown!

See? Totally gorgeous eyes! The wig is from Leekeworld and the clothes are from DollzSmile on Etsy. THEY ARE SO PERFECT.

I named her Elaine. Here she is in the standard Momocolor pose - a lot of the pictures on their website show the dolls standing like this. I think they made the leg joints especially so they could do this! A lot of people complain about the joints being wonky and making the dolls hard to stand, but I haven't had any problems at all so far. She's very sturdy.

Rachel's doll London let her borrow his scarf n_n He's so nice!

THOSE HANDS. I JUST CAN'T EVEN.

Gratuitous adorableness ahead! We has props XD

I LOVE HER SO MUCH T_T
