med_cat posted a clip of Crocodile Gena the other day, singing a birthday song, and when I saw it I remembered I'd read somewhere that Vasily Livanov does his voice :3 med_cat confirmed it to be so, and so I went looking for the Crocodile Gena movies with English subtitles. And I lucked out! There's a bunch of them on YouTube!

I think this is the first film in the "Cheburashka" series.

OMG, I cannot believe you are watching Cheburashka! O_O Btw, it's not the only cartoon where Livanov did someone's voice. He also did the main character for Karlsson on the roof. :D
