elaby | I know you're there, Spring!

I got to go for a walk today at lunch! It's been the first time all winter that it's been warm enough AND the sidewalks have been clear enough. It was beautiful out - blue sky, thick crescent moon aiming for the sun, enough of a chilly breeze to need a scarf but not gloves.

I found that Advent: One-Winged Angel (the Sephiroth Choir version from Advent Children) is a perfect marching song :3 It did sort of make me want to leap around as if I were swinging a sword, though. I settled for walking along the broken curb of an overgrown parking lot with my arms out instead.

And! And and! There were buds on the trees! I was like "All RIGHT, little dudes! Look at you! Keep up the good work!" *joy*

I have never looked forward to spring like I have this winter. It's been godawful long.

I also discovered that I think a Japanese artist called Takui did one of the songs from the Kenshin movie (he's the one from the end who sounds like he needs therapy and a throat lozenge). I have a song on my iPod called "Hitori ni naru koto ga kowakatta" (I was scared of being alone) by him and I recognized his voice. I like the song because it's repetitive and has sentences that follow the same pattern and I can understand a lot of it. It's the kind of song you can rock out to.

I need to finish my Axial Tilt story! Gundam Wing 1x2 XD I haven't written GW in so long.
