So I'm staying home from work tomorrow! Whee! I shall sleep late and play video games. Hopefully there will be enough snow that they curtail operations at caitirin's work.

Caitirin is wonderful and is making me tea because she likes to fuss over me n____n I was all "No, I'm fine" when she asked if she could get me anything, and so she said "Let me make you something! My pamper-Elaby* urge will explode!" Isn't she just the best wife in the whole universe? *hearts her*

And I'm not busy at work lately, so it's okay for me to take a day off. I have Monday off, too! President's Day! We get the weirdest days off at my job.

I've got the whole sore-throat-packed-head-coughing thing going on, and I really hope I don't get bronchitis again because it really sucked last time. I don't feel too much like my bronchial tubes are closed up, though, which I can now identify.

We had veggie nuggets for dinner, and HOMG, I'm never eating real chicken nuggets again. They were SO GOOD. They were crispier than chicken nuggets usually are, and they didn't have any gross chicken in them. Yumyum.

Yay no work tomorrow!

Yea, I;m just feeling free of about a week of habing a colb, so i can sympathize. Been loading up on honey and ginger and chicken broth. Get well soon and glad you won't have to be out in the yuck tomorrow. We'll hope for a curtail as well.

Sounds like you have what I had. I found that drinking a lot of tea with honey instead of sugar helped alot.

I get the federal holidays now (including Presidents Day). When I worked for the city of Chicago I got some really random ones: Lincoln's birthday (today) and Pulaski Day.

And I just figured out why no city and state workers were replying to my emails today. D'oh.

*glomps you* Poor baby girl. I hope you feel better soon, and I'm glad that you're taking tomorrow off. Go to the doctor if you think you're getting worse or if you think it's developing into bronchitis or sinusitis or anything gross and horrible like that. Call me if you need me for anything, although I know that Caitirin is taking very good care of you. *hugglessnuggles* I HATE colds! They're mean. -_-;;

n____n Thank you! You're the best mum ever :) It seems to be on its way out, luckily. I'm just snuffly and all head-packy now. Less of the coughing, which is good.

I hope you didn't have to go to work today! Though I don't think it's bad out right now.

I'm not sure what kind of veggie nuggets we had! Hmm... *finds box* Ah! They were Veggie Patch Chick'n Nuggets. Good lord, they were delicious. SO much better than actual chicken nuggets.
