So, bookmark aggregators. Ever since forever, I've used del.icio.us to keep track of my links so that they're not tied to a specific browser and computer. But then it got bought by somebody and things changed, and apparently a lot of people lost all their tags. I didn't, luckily for me, but then I moved from Firefox to Chrome and now my Delicious links don't work so well. For one thing, the tag list - which is how I searched and organized things - is now organized in order of number of links, not alphabetically, so I can't find anything. I don't really trust that it won't explode sometime and become even more frustrating.
Rachel suggested I use Pinterest to keep track of my links, which is a good idea for pages that are full of images. I'm all for sharing my pins with people when I go on image pinning sprees, but I'm not comfortable with all of my bookmarks being posted publicly on other people's feeds as I bookmark them. Does anyone have suggestions for web-based bookmark collecting sites or programs? There's probably something obvious staring me in the face, but I think I need someone to spell it out for me XD
Thank you!
