Yuletide!

The Yuletide gift authors have been revealed, so now I can post the fic I wrote! It's for the movie of Howl's Moving Castle, and deals with some of the darker side of Howl's magic and he and Calcifer's relationship.

In other (ultimately more important) news, caitirin and I are now in a legally recognized union! That sounds funny. We were married last fall, but now the state's caught up! WHEE! We had a JP sign our civil union license and now it's all formalized and legal. *does a dance* We went to a celebration at a Unitarian Universalist church and it was very lovely.

PS I liked the sdtory you wrote too. I love 'snippet' stories which are not convoluted or complicated, but simple, to the point, well characterised and could have been found on the cutting room floor simply for lack of time.
