LJ bizarreness

Okay, almighty f'list - question time.

Is anyone else having, or hearing of, problems posting longish things? I don't mean things over 2,000 words or something, but 500 words or so. The other day, I couldn't post my Manga Hamlet review. caitirin couldn't post kitty commentary at the same time as pictures, and now she can't post the all-is-well vet report.

I just saw that someone else on my f'list mentioned not being able to post fics but being able to post 100-word drabbles in comments. What's up? Anybody know? I'd love to know if this is a universal problem and not just an our-house problem.

It also seems to be random, since I was able to post the Elizabeth/Kirk first kiss fic without problem.

Edit: Caitirin found an LJ Support thing that says they're investigating. Would still like to hear from you all, though!

Only one friend has mentioned it, and she just made a long e-mail post. She's been having trouble for some time. I had all kinds of weird errors yesterday, but not that one.

I have at least two friends who have complained about it in the last few days. It seems to go in and out, although I haven't experienced it personally.

It does go in and out. I'm glad we're not the only ones. LJ is supposedly working on fixing it. I hope they get it ironed out soon!

I'm another of the 'I've heard complaints but haven't seen it myself' folks. I hope it gets worked out soon, though. It must be terribly frustrating.

It is indeed O.o I haven't had any commenting problems, luckily, just posting ones. And it's good to hear it's no my computer or my connection or something.
