Another question for the Mac-inclined:

If I'm going to have iWork on my new laptop, will I be able to transfer documents from MS Word into it? Do I have to use a conversion program of some sort? Is it even possible at all?

Thanks, guys ^_^

I'm fairly certain you should be able to open a Word Doc in iWork, but since I'm a loser and still haven't installed iLife I can't confirm it.

You can download OpenOffice though which should be able to do it.

OpenOffice is FANTASTIC. It handles Word documents, Excel documents.. *sighs reminiscently*

I highly recommend it. Because on top of working with Word and Excel, the price is hard to beat.

I believe iWork can make an attempt at Word imports / exports. I'm not sure how well it manages it though.

Okay :) I'll have to experiment with it. Thanks!
