elaby | Space Kenshin!

I had an interesting dream last night, but it was very fragmentary. I decided to write down what I could remember because a) it involved at least two members of the Kenshin cast, 2) it was slashy in a huggy comforty way, and 3) it took place in some kind of interstellar spaceport of niftyness.

Okay, so the setting was this huge spaceport type place that was very disconnected. There were places where you could dock your ship, and there was a general sphereish-shaped framework around the outside, but if you got out of your ship while you were inside the framework, you would fall (there was gravity and oxygen inside the frame for some reason) and you'd die. Probably from falling out the other side into the non-oxygenness. There were occasional platforms and round capsule-like buildings connected to the frame, but that was it. Anyway.

The cast of Rurouni Kenshin was the crew of a ship that came and docked to a port thing on the inside of the framework. All I remember after that is that they were riding around inside on either a dirigible or a hot-air balloon, which kept losing air and threatening to kill them all. At one point, Kenshin decided to sacrifice himself. I can't remember why, but it was going to save either his crew or everyone at the space port.

I have one image of him falling through space, facing upward. He's wearing a skin-tight, dark space suit type thing (reminiscent of a plug-suit from Eva) and his hair is all pretty.

The other image I have is of him sitting on some steps, like three or four going down from a large platform and then just stopping with empty star-filled space beneath them. He tells Sanosuke that he's going to sacrifice himself, and Sano sits down beside him. Kenshin gathers him close and they're really snuggly. Like wrapped-around-one-another snuggly.

That's all I remember.

Got more of paper two written today. Am a little more than half done.
