I'd say 2,701 words are pretty good for Day One. I even got through my first scene! I like write-ins. My laptop requires that I stay focused, since it has no internet connection. And I got to have a really yummy grilled-peppers-and-teriyaki-sauce-and-cheese sub, and a frozen strawberry bar. Yum.
I think as long as I can set off two hours a night to write without distractions, I can get this done. I cleared space for this tonight by doing homework early, so I can continue doing that! *fists of determination*
Pretty tired now, though. I can't get to www.nanowrimo.org *frustrated face* Oh well. *falls asleep*
[edit: Finally got onto the Nanowrimo site so I could update my word count. Whee! Took me bloody forever, though.]
