elaby | Another apocalyptic dream

More end-of-the-world in my head. Not a particularly interesting dream, but I remembered it, so I wanted to write it down.

In my dream,

caitirin and I were with a youth army type thing who were going off to fight in an apocalyptic type setting. Caitirin and I were staying behind with one of the commanders and were going to go make sure our patron's house was safe (the person who was funding the army). So we went in and went down to the basement, and for some reason we were going to mine concrete from the basement, but then we looked out of the window and saw these three HUGE tornados coming towards us. Instead of running, the commander said we could go back to our base to get our most important possessions. He told us, though, that we had to make sure that whatever we carried was in a big chunky lump because the rounder the thing is, the easier it is to be picked up by a tornado (O.o). Caitirin took her McGonagall cape (which she doesn't actually have) and I somehow had my computer tower, but I'd taken most of the parts out of it so it wouldn't be so heavy.

And that was about it. I remembered it so clearly when I woke up that I wanted to write it down.

I definitely like working on researchy stuff on the couch rather than at the library ^_^ Well, when I only have writing and organization stuff to do and not, y'know, library work.
