[livejournal.com profile] caitirin had weird dreams last night just like I did, so I feel obligated to tell about mine.

In this dream, I was a teenaged Japanese boy who lived in an English-speaking country. The setting seemed like it was somewhat futuristic or alternate-world steam-industrial. I lived in an apartment with my parents and my siblings. I think I had three or four of them, two younger sisters and a baby brother, and maybe an older sister. We had this family doctor who was specifically treating me, and he was trying to kidnap us (me in particular; my sisters got taken along as bargaining chips or something). Anyway, he was about to take us away, and I wanted to leave clues for my parents. We had this white board in my room that was behind the coat rack, and I thought that if I wrote a message on it, it would be hidden by the coats so the doctor wouldn't see it, but my parents would eventually discover it. I wanted to write "the doctor took us" but I couldn't remember how to say "doctor" in Japanese -_-;; Then I saw my littlest sister studying English, and I remembered that my toddler brother could speak English like a native, because he had been born after we came here. So I reasoned that my parents would be able to speak English, and I wrote "Doctor took us" on the board and half covered it with a coat.

Then he took us away, and I was the second-oldest sister now, not the brother. The doctor was dragging us through all of these alleys and into buildings and through corridors and indoor bridge-like things. I turned around, looking for my brother, and he was over on this other bridge and had killed a leopard (O.o;;) and had ripped one of its limbs off. This was to demonstrate that he could protect us, I think. That's about as far as the dream went before it dissolved into nonsensicalness.

My new headphones RAWK. You can tell they're good because I only have to have my mp3 player's volume on 13, whereas with the other ones, I had to have it on 25, WITH the built-in volume adjuster on the cord turned all the way up as well. And they stay in my ears. And the cord is really flexible and doesn't kink all up. *dances*
