Update of nothing-usefulness

elabyWell, I think I'm ready for school tomorrow. I've only got one class, and it's at two, so I have six hours with which to get what books I didn't order off Amazon and the notebooks I'll need. I'm pondering whether I should get a binder, because I didn't take a whole notebook of notes by any means for any of my classes... but a binder would mean more desk space taken up, which in Ham-Smith 202 where I'm fated to have 2/3 of my classes is scarce to say the least. I have very little in my backpack right now, as the only assignment I know I have will be a print-out I'll get tomorrow, and it's kind of freakish O.o
Random life update: Went to the orthodontist today, and I'll only have to come back one more time (this summer) before they'll "turn me loose" into the world with my retainers. OMG, such a huge responsibility to wear them every night and not put them in the blender or something e_e I had what was supposed to be a 10-minute appointment, but which was more like 30 minutes (5 waiting for the receptionist to appear, 5 waiting to be called back, 15 waiting for somebody to come over and do something while I sat in a dentist's chair, and 5 getting my retainers looked at). Then, when we got back out into the car, I thought the godforsaken door ajar light was on AGAIN. Which would be really crappy, since that was the second time I'd supposedly had it fixed in the last week. But the back door was just slightly open, which I blame on the crust of ice that was covering my entire car yesterday. caitirin, who does a very nice job not letting me go "ARGTWEAKFNAR!"
I succeeded in putting new music on my mp3 player. Whee!
That's about it. Nothing of interest here. I'm very vaguely considering joining in the Batgirl meme. It's a very vague consideration, though.
