If I find one more bizarre euphemism for the female anatomy, I could start a dictionary... and they're all dutifully pointed out in the footnotes.

Speaking of the footnotes, I wonder if they assume the reader's mind will go in the
direction they're pointing... there's this one bit where the Wife of
Bath is talking about one of her five husbands, and she says something
about how she pleasured him all he wanted, but she never really liked
bacon. The foot note on that line, corresponding with bacon, says "old
meat."

*insert elaby choking on ginger ale*

Now, I have to ask myself if I should just take merrick42's advice and Mind Gutter Out Now, or if they actually were implying what I think they were implying.

And it STILL manages to somehow be tedious as hell. How is that? O_o

And I am never doing spell-check in this little posting-program again... it
randomly duplicates paragraphs and adds weird little symbols and
deletes other paragraphs >_<;; Thankfully, some sort of Undo in
the edit menu seems to... fix things? *eyes it warily*
