I have the one I linked to, and it's Russian w/English subtitles; I think some of the other versions are dubbed, though.

Ooo, thank you! I looked around for these after watching the first two, but came up blank. Awww, Gena and Cheburashka fight pollution! Chapeau-Claque undergoes more mysterious vascilations between villainy and repentance! And more delightful songs! ADORABLE.
