That TOTALLY helps! House of Cards is all about the Conservative Whip (he's the main character). And a bunch of scenes make SO much more sense now that I know about the Prime Minister Question time! "Shadow Cabinet" is probably the coolest name ever XD Thank you for explaining it! It's much easier to understand the way you put it than in some of the articles I was reading.
