April Nano

I'm going to try for an April Nano this year, because I didn't finish mine in November and I've been itching to write a complicated historical fiction story where people run around in castles and there's succession struggles. No, I haven't been reading histories of Tudor England for the past two months, why do you ask? ¬_¬

I have a plot and something like ten characters sketched out (four major, one villain, a handful of supporting cast needed for courtly-making-sense), and this weekend caitirin and I are going on a date to a coffee shop or some other place with wifi so we can write and plot together n_____n She asked me out in an incredibly charming e-mail on Tuesday.

We're also planning to do MUB write-ins weekly during April, so if any of you local types would like to drop by for writing or editing company, we'd be glad to have you :) I'll post information about when we're going to be there once we decide.

I'm going to aim for April 1 to start, but if I don't start until the 2nd or 3rd, I'll just go that much longer into May.

Oh, tomorrow night at 8:00 is Earth Hour! Remember to turn off your lights for an hour :) We'll be lighting candles and perhaps playing with tarot cards. I'm looking forward to it ^_^

Tonight we're just going to curl up because Caitirin is tired and I think we'll watch some Ouran, which is the cutest thing I have ever seen ever and is possibly my new favorite animation style.
