It is SO Friday.

Mary, who usually gives me Things To Do, isn't here this morning... and
subsequently I really have nothing to do except grunt work (filing) so
I've been working on an address book/spreadsheet crosschecking project
for one of the other people in the systems office. I need to figure out
how to reload the Giant Stapler of Doom, because it's out of staples
and I need to staple things. Funny how that works.

Also
funny how on the day I forget breakfast, I'm actually hungry all the
time. But I found some crackers in the car and had some tea *is still
hungry* so I guess that's all I'm going to get. I thought of going to
get some french fries for caitirin and I at lunch, but I think I left my
buggering wallet at home >_<

I was going to write about my dreams, but I got distracted by a PoC fanfic.


I
dreamed, inside a bunch of other dreams about being at a con and seeing
some of my old friends from high school, about Harry, Ron, and Hermione
(I think I was Hermione). We were sneaking around this old abandoned
mansion, with flashlights, and it was creepy and very dark. When we
finally left, we stepped outside, and it was as if we'd stepped back in
time. The grounds around the mansion were nothing special before (it
may have been in a city or something) but now, it was a huge courtyard
with thousands of cherry trees that were all in full white-pink
blossom, and the petals were flying everywhere like snow. There were
hundreds of people all dressed in white 18th-century clothes, getting
out of white carriages and going into the manor for some kind of party.
I don't think they could see us, but we hid behind a tree anyway. We
were very worried that we'd never get back to our own time. There was a
lot more, but I don't remember it.
