iPod question

Oh great all-knowing f'list! I have an iPod question :)

I noticed today that when I listened to all of my songs on shuffle, some of them skipped to the next song before they were over. I listened to a bunch of songs yesterday and this didn't happen, but those were ones I listened to by artist and not the whole collection on shuffle. Does anyone know why it might be doing this? It did it three or four times, and the first few times I thought it was just that I had a couple songs that were only half there, but then one that I knew I had the whole thing of skipped to the next song, and I went back and listened to the whole thing - so I know it's all ON there. It's just skipping to the next song.

Okay, thank you :) I'm sure I can find somewhere around here to ask. Was it an Apple store you asked at, or just an electronics store?
