Wolf dreams
Aug. 24th, 2006 11:46 amMy hormones are really screwing with my head this month.
So this time, the horror du nuit was .
In this dream, there was a building full of people, kind of like a function hall or a rec center. There were two big rooms with tables, and they were all totally packed with people.
This is where it starts getting fuzzy. It gets clearer again at the end, don't worry.
There was this guy, who may or may not have been Corwin or a hardboiled detective, who was for some reason there to kill all of the people in Room 2. As he was walking through to that room, he met a huge black wolf, who was bent on killing the people in Room 1. They knew each other and were enemies of some sort who seemed to have called a truce and were going to let each other go about their business without interference. So Possibly-Corwin-Guy went on a killing spree in Room 2 (outside my dream-view) while the wolf ripped everyone very graphically apart in Room 1. The only person to get away from Room 1 was Ashton Kutcher (WTF, I know), who ran outside because he was a pansy coward. This was the distinct impression I got in the dream, even though any intelligent person would have done the same in reality. The wolf followed him outside, and he fell over and curled up on the ground all pathetically, and the wolf decided he wasn't worth its time. Then the wolf morphed into this little blond boy with very narrow but large and slanted green eyes, who had a tiny black dachshund. They were both shapeshifter types who were actually the same creature, but split into two parts, and who combined to make the huge wolf. They wandered off into the fields.
It was a more coherent story when I woke up, but I didn't want to think about it then and now I can't remember it.
