Have you seen The 1900 House? It was shown on PBS but I'm pretty sure you can watch it on YouTube. It's pretty great for the cleaning/cooking info. If you plan on perusing the Tubes of the You for a while, you can find all kinds of fun stuff! There's also The Edwardian Larder, The Victorian Pharmacy, Turn Back Time: The Family (Edwardian), Servants: The True Story of Life below Stairs, and The Supersizers Go Victorian.
