Don't feel too bad :) I had a ton when I was little and they were all garage-saled or thrown away or otherwise lost, and I wish I hadn't. Sometimes the ponies ARE too damaged to restore, and a lot of people use those as a base to customize.

I think it's a great idea to keep the ones she still has after she moves on, though! I really wish I'd done that when I was little :)
