Untitled

I've been bad at documenting. But I have been doing a thing every day! On the third, I translated a song from Japanese, and on the fourth, I drew this on a post-it note:

And today I did another markers-only drawing experiment. No erasing, augh! I managed to drop the purple marker on the middle of her face RIGHT as I finished, but my wife saved me by suggesting facial tattoos. Phew. IMG_0850

I really should start scanning these instead of just photographing them :)

Lovely! Hey, I just asked your wife about the post-it drawing. I should have asked you!

Is there any way I could download the picture? I like to give my kids puzzles that sharpen their observational skills. This one is perfect for that.

Don't worry if you don't want me to do that. My feelings won't be hurt.

So so pretty. I love how the hair flows into a facial tattoo.

A post it note!? Wow!
elaineofshalott: Eric Carle's drawing of the Very Hungry Caterpillar, from the children's book of same name. (very hungry caterpillar)

Post-it doodle FTW! (I see a sheep! And a whale! And an eagle! And a crescent moon! And some flowers! And a seashell! And...)

I like the marker-drawing too--the face tattoo really fits; funny that it started as an accident.

I love post-it note art. Mine are more... geometric.
