Don't forget...eating a good supply of sweet potatoes combats winter depression, too! (I was low in my supply, which is why I managed to crank out all that fic within a few days) I've even made a fake carrot-dill soup using roasted sweet potatoes instead of carrot...sigh...but oh, hie thee to a copy of the cookbook, BLUE CORN AND CHOCOLATE and see for yourself the glory of cooking with those things.
